What are the dimensions of the hole? Looks like a water heater hole.

Its the lower frig vent.

If it is the backside, it could be a good place for all the sewer stuff. I never like it with my FW stuff.

It's hard to tell from the pics, but if the space is a vent of some kind, I don't think I would put anything there.

Hmmm, I agree, lower vent for the fridge? If that’s what it is, you need as much vent as possible for summer to keep fridge cool.

I don't think I'd add anything to it. It's there for some reason.

I don't think it's a ventvits wood all the way around and I don't have a pic but it goes up the entire side of the slide I think it's just extra space bc it's a 12 v fridge no gas element that's what gives the extra space

does a 12v fridge have the same vent requirements a propane/electric one does?

if it is tall enough maybe fishing pole holder or cleaning brush holder for washing camper? nothing that would obstruct any venting if needed

I bet that spot was made for different refrigerators. For you it's just a framed out hole with nothing but a couple of wires. If the top is vented and the door is vented I would use a tv made for outdoors like a person would use on an outdoor patio

So could it be that they did not need the vent for your fridge and just finished the inside. Did it have a vent cover?

It's sure strange that no one knows why that hole is there.

It does have a vent cover but I don't think it needs to be vented so they just left the space for me to do whatever with I guess lol

If it's "behind the fridge" then I think moving the fridge around everytime I want to access it would be a pain?
Just my $0.02 cents

Sure is strange. Like it was for something optional and all of that model had the same outer walls regardless of option. Maybe someone on here with the same model may have something different in that spot and be able to enlighten us.

Like one of those flight of steps that leads to nowhere that you see on Pinterest. : )
