Newbe here. I have a 2001 29ft Qwest. There is a household type light switch on wall near floor to the left of the couch. Cannot find it in the manual.
Anyone know what it's for?
Looks like it may have been added. Not original from the factory. If the water heater is behind that door I would guess the water heater has been changed to gas/electric. The switch may be to turn on the electric for the water heater.

x2 That would be my guess. My buddy has a fifth wheel that the water heater was upgraded and he has a switch like that.

Make sure you have water in water heater or it will burn out the element.
