Wheel and Tire Specs (wheels stolen, need replacements for moving camper)

ok so i'm moving my jayco 22FB jay flight 2008 and the tires have been stolen. we had to take two of them off on one side to balance it out due to such a steep incline just about like scotland here with forests and lots of rocks ($800 to run electric out and much more for water) anyways I need to know things such as offset, lug pattern, tire size, and if there's special tires I need.

any help would be great. I don't think that lot is gonna sell soon that place is starting to die out. I also have some pictures if you need them and the VIN if that would help. i'm gonna upload a picture though because its kinda hard to read the weathered label.
