Wheel fenderS coming off

I just purchased a used 2014 travel trailer. While driving home from my second trip the plastic wheel covers on the drivers side started to rip off. Any suggestions on how to keep this from happening again with out buying a new fender.

If the screw is just pulling through the plastic put a small washer under it. I had one screw that was pulling out.

Yes, try reinforcing it with a white plastic or metal washer on the outside.
