Wheel rating for tire upgrade

I understand that wheels have ratings similar to tires. I have a Jayco Flight with ST225/75R15 tires "D" ratings. I would like a safety margin and would like to upgrade to "E" rated tires. This changes air pressure from 65 to 80psi. Does anyone know if the wheels would have any problem with the upgrade?

If you look closely on the inner or outer rim, near the tire bead, there should be a stamped psi rating for your rims. Hopefully it is 80psi.
If you have cast aluminum rims it will be on the inside of a wheel spoke. May have to pull a wheel.
Some have a sticker. Here is my spare.

I have seen the sticker on the inside of the tire on another rig.

My '16 wheels don't have a psi rating, but they do have a weight rating. Can't remember the exact amount, but it is what the E rated tires are rated for. So... they should be good for 80psi!

I plan on doing the same in the spring.

We did that swap. Called the rim maker and got the ok. We have the sport alum rims. We feel a lot better with the extra cap.

Did you get used? I know from posts I've read that the standard tire is a C load range, and you may have already got the upgraded tire to D range. I just got D myself.

What tires are you looking at?

I am leaning toward a new set of Carlisle myself, but recently learned that Maxxis are indeed speed rated above the old standard 65mph rating also per a post about an email reply from Maxxis. Not that I want to fly down the road, but having the extra margin just like the weight rating seems like a good thing.

I just got a set of Hercules which are made in USA by Cooper in GA, seem good so far.
