Where to get 145RB range damper?

So the damper flap on the exterior of the range vent came off somehow, somewhere last year. It's the particular one that has tabs on the bottom that go into the plastic mount. I got a generic one that I can put on but it sticks out further. How can I go about getting the exact replacement?

Thanks for any help!

Welcome to the Forum from Western New York State!

I googled "RV stove vent cover", and there are several sites to compare prices on. Amazon has a bunch too, just pick out the exact style you have on the side of your RV.

I got one of the generic ones that seemed to be the right size - it's not at all the same. The Jayco one has a low profile with no hood and the damper flap has tabs on it that go into the main part to somewhat lock it shut. I might be able to trim the flap itself to fit (it almost does) and figure out a way to secure it when moving. I did contact Jayco through their parts support form and haven't heard back hence this post. But maybe they'll come through.

I would suggest you call ETrailer.com. They have been helpful to me on other parts and list vents and dampers online. Measure the old one and see if you can find any part number or dimensions to help identification.

Thanks, I have had good experiences with them also. The good news is I decided to try another generic one, the Camco 42493, because 1 day Amazon shipping. It looks almost identical to the original one, maybe even exactly the same so I think I'm good!
