Where to get a replacement part?

I took my 2019, 21 foot Baja, Rocky Mountain edition in to have the refrigerator serviced by Nelson's RV in Boise and they accessed it from a panel on the outside. They fixed the problem but did not correctly reinstall the panel and it flew off somewhere on my trip to my new home in another state. I called them to complain and said it's not their fault (of course) "those things come off all the time". I tried calling Jayco directly for the part but they don't manufacture that panel but gave me the part number to order through Camping World. After waiting a month, Camping World said they had to cancel my order as they have to order a minimum of 12 and they don't want 11 sitting around. Any idea how to get a replacement? Thanks in advance.

Since you have the part number just do a Google search, somebody has to have it in stock.

If you put that repair on a credit card, especially American Express, I would be disputing the charge. I would make them jump through the hoops of proving it was not their faulty work that caused the problem.

With the part number you will find a number of vendors that will have a replacement.

Just checked Amazon, they have one for a Norcold for 36 bucks. Check and see if they have the one you need. Probably 100 bucks at Camping World.

Google "RV Refrigerator Sidewall Vent".

The manufacture of your refrigerator should be able to identify your sidewall vent. Have the make and model No. of your refrigerator, measurements of your vent's opening and the part number Jayco gave you.
