My trailer has an under-slung hitch and I have an Equalizer brand 4-point.
That's a long trailer and you're wise to be cautious. Watch your truck's payload, keep your tires (TT and TV) inflated at/near the maximum shown on the sidewall, and be careful not to pack too much stuff at the rear of the TT on/under the bunk beds.
