White Hawk Soft Floors

I have a 2014 White Hawk 27DSRL. I am experiencing soft spongy floors in all walking areas of the camper. This is caused by the thin plywood and styrofoam they used in the early White Hawks for weight purposes. I contacted Jayco and they would cover the problem at a dealership even though it is 1 year out of warranty. The dealer where I purchased the camper did not want to do it. (after 5 weeks on their lot) I now have an appointment in mid March at a Camping World. A local repair shop owner said he thought I would not be happy with the repair. Has anyone had the floor repaired and if it was done to your satisfaction? I do not think I have any other options as it will only get worse (per Jayco) Thank you for your help.

Not sure where you are located but would it be possible to take it back to the Jayco factory and have them do it?

Soft Floor

Seems like there was a thread not to long ago addressing this problem. Do some research on the Forum and you will find it.

mohok1 thank you but I did a search before I posted and I only found old posts where people were replacing soft spots themselves. I was looking for someone who had the Jayco approved fix.

Murff, Thanks so much for the thread. I feel somewhat better. I have no choice but to get it done and I am thankful that Jayco is standing behind the work.
