We have a Jayco White Hawk 248rks we are noticing soft floor in the kitchen by the door and by the bathroom door
We bought it when it was 4 years old from a Jayco dealer
Has anybody out there experience at issue

We have a 2016 24RKS we bought new in Oct. 2015. The floors are not soft.

What year is your camper?

I have a 2013 Jayco Whitehawk 28DSBH and I have the soft floor issue pretty bad. I purchased the camper from a friend who had it for 2 years. It had a small soft spot in it 2' inside the door and a small dent in the floor where something heavy fell out of the freezer and dented the floor. Other than that it had no issues. That was March of 2019 when I purchased it from a friend. The soft spot grew a little last year, but this year it has grown bigger with each of our 8 trips (~22 nights total). Now the floor is soft from about 6" inside the front door up towards the slide, then down the middle of the camper to spot near the fridge. It is concentrated to the middle of the camper and it 12-18" wide. The rest of the floor seems fine. I am so upset and not sure how to fix this. Does anyone have any references, suggestions or ideas of how to fix this?

Real bad soft places: you can repair from the top by replacing the top layer with plywood and put in some re-enforcement where needed. It usual means replacing flooring.
Sometimes replacing the floor with laminate flooring is already an option.

I was going to use lament flooring in my last tt because of the same issue. But we were wanting to downsize from 31'flagstaff to our present 23mrb(love it by the way).
I'd go with the lament, cheaper than replacing the floor. Glue right over what you have.

If it's growing in size from the door, then I'd start with the worst possible problem that would cause that...water coming from the roof or the gutter. Put on your inspector's hat and look for sealant issues or cracks/tears. If none consider skinning the floor with 5mm luan and putting a new finish floor of your choice over that. If you find it, then you need to fix the problem cause and replace the subfloor that is damaged before moving on to a new finish floor. Good luck.
