Whitehawk hitch coupler shackle length

Kind of minute detail, but does anyone know how long of a padlock shackle i need for use on a 2015 Whitehawk trailer? I don't have the trailer yet but would like to have a padlock to lock the hitch coupler when i take it to storage. I've see a few types online that you can use to prevent someone from hooking up and leaving with your trailer, but I'd also like to have the coupler locked in position when i'm towing, thus finding a padlock with a shackle being long enough. Wasn't sure if 3 or 4" would be long enough. Thanks in advance for any replies.

I use that as well. Because of the shape sometimes it takes a little work but it does work
