I got it done about 3 weeks ago. The equalizers fit well.
The biggest issue was the Dexter kit I got from eTrailer was woefully poor, in the following ways:
- 1 shoulder bolt was the wrong length (too long).
- 4 of the grease zerks were defective
- 2 of the wet bolts also needed to be drilled out further than they were
- 6 nuts were missing

I ended up going to a local trailer company and purchased an additional wet bolt, 4 grease zerks and 6 nuts, at a total cost of close to $30 CDN.
I did complain to eTrailer who refunded me $25USD, even though it had been 3 months since purchasing the kit (I never expected an OEM kit from Dexter to be so out of whack).
Finally, I did find getting the springs re-bolted into the shackles required some coaxing with some clamps, but they did eventually come together.
Overall, with the travel back and forth to the local trailer company, it took me 2 5-6 hour days over a weekend to get it done (and I had to make 2 trips to the trailer company, as the wet bolt I bought from them wasn't properly drilled either.
In any case, I know way more about trailer suspensions now that I ever intended to, but I'm now very confident I'll never need to do any related repairs for the life our Whitehawk!
Now I can focus more on minor service stuff, like greasing the slide-out and stabilizers (in between restocking the outdoor fridge
