My total cost was about $1200 Canadian if I recall correctly. They used 3in beams, all new brakes and bearings, but kept the 5 bolt hubs so that I didn't have to buy new rims. So far they have been great.
I was offered 3 different options when I was facing the problem. 1.) replace the bent axle with another 3500lb and hope it doesn't bend again. 2.) Replace both beams with heavier ones, and swap over brakes and bearings (labour cost was high) 3.) Replace both axles with new beams, brakes and bearings as a factory built unit, keeping the 5 bolt hubs. I went with option 3 because after paying labour to swap everything over to the new axles, it was going to be the same price as getting brand new everything.
