If using a battery tender(Delran) i would have a higher capacity charger to fully charge larger batteries. Tenders may never fully charge a battery that's been discharged to 50% SOC (state of charge). Larger chargers can safely charge in less time but of course require AC power

long winter nights

you have a generator and a battery and you will also need lots of propane ...probably a bottle a day if it gets really cold - I usually winter camp at parks with electrical outlets so I can use space heaters I also cannot stand the noise of the furnace it comes on and off all night drives me crazy. I normally bring 3 bottles of propane with me two mounted on my trailer and I borrow the one from my BBQ..
if you have a generator use an oil filled space heater no noise nice even heat keeps my trailer at 65 degree's..

Our 2021 white hawk had group 31 but I wanted 2 batteries. A 31 is longer so 2 of them would not fit. Dealer owner gave us 2 6 volt batteries at no extra charge and was so trickle I didn't tell him not what I wanted. 2 group 27 would do us just fine as we are hooked up every night. It is ok as it is better. chevman
