I have a 2020 jayco 40FKDS jay Flight Bungalow and we have a fog/film that has developed on the inside of windows tried even vinegar and nothing takes it away. Could seals be broke in all of the windows

Are you windows dual pane? If so that is probably the case.

Have you used any kind of foil insulation on the interior side of the windows ( like "reflectix") . I read this may cause fogging in insulated windows.

More than likely, the internal seal of your dual pane windows have been compromised and a fog/film has developed. Especially if you live and/or camp in a high humidity area of the US. This is a very common occurrence with dual pane windows. The only way I know to prevent this in the future is to replace the old windows with new.
