Winter prep 2018 Jayco Jayflight 38FDDS NEWBIE Questions

First Week on November we will be prepping our 2018 38FDDS for winter. Will not be reopened until March 30, 2019.

I read up and I have decided on a drain , RV antifreeze flush and then air blow out. Pour some RV AF in traps, and gray / black tanks.

Questions
1- We have a park model refrigerator with an ice-maker. How is that drained , filter , valve , lines etc protected from freezing.

2- We can leave power on, fridge on etc.. is it best to do so ?
thinking not, but figured I would ask. not worried about running the electric a few months if its better for the gear.

3- planning on adding jacks under each axle and leaving the stabilizers in place. Thinking is a tire goes down the axle will stay level and not stress the stabilizers or unit.

4- Battery, I can leave it in and electric on or pull it...

5- Water heater, drain , and RV AF ? how much AF?

Any hints tips etc are appreciated.

Thank You
Bobby B

#1 why blow out the antifreeze ? Any how been doing my trailers in this order for 15 years.

1- bypass water heater and pull drain plug.
2- disconnect water and open low point drains.
3- after all drains have stopped hook up the air and close drains.
4- run the air pressure up to #30 and cycle through all spigots twice till straight air.
5- unchuck the air and use the pump to fill the trailer with antifreeze.
6- wait for spring.
As far as the fridge , close your water valve and manually cycle the ice maker. I then remove the hose from the back of the fridge and preceded with blow out- open the valve for air then reconnect to the fridge and cycle the ice maker with air pressure once. I shut off all power and pull the battery. No matter what DO NOT fill your water heater with antifreeze. It takes forever to get the taste and smell out of the tank .
Good luck!

If you blow out the water I Fail to see the need for anti freeze, an empty line with a teaspoon of water freezing won't be an issue as it has room to grow. Empty wh same thing.
Drain the fresh too,

I do dump antifreeze in the traps but I doubt I need it there.

I think 2 gallons has lasted me 8 years now.
