Wintering in a 2018 Jayco SLX246BWH

I purchased a new Jayco TT to live in while I'm converting a barn on my property into a home. It is a BAJA version with a heated underbelly. The TT is solar ready for added battery charging.

I will be living in the TT over the winter here in CO where subzero temperatures can happen during the Santa season. My property is at 8750'

I'm going to install skirting on the TT. I don't have power to the property yet but do have a WEN 52006 inverter generator. Double battery bank?

I'm also going to install a pair of 100 gallon propane tanks.

Should I fill the fresh water system? I had planned on an external water bladder and had considered putting it under the TT with some heat tape under it.

Does anyone have any tips or ideas for me to include?

Thanks,

Kurt in Colorado.
