Winterize

Just looked at the temps this week in NC, lows around 27. I have not winterize my camper since we are using it next week. Any tips on what to do.

Keep it in the sun and worry not. Looks like your worst high temps will be in the 50’s so that will warm the camper. With brief hours below freezing, all the hard surfaces won’t get cold enough to impact water lines.

If you have a compressor and an attachement I would blow it out. The cost to replace an outside shower or other part outweighs the time and effort.
This is what you need if you don't have one. $8 bucks on amazon, lots of places have them in stock. Plastic ones work fine. Keep your psi low, check your manual. I go 40 psi, some suggest lower.

X2, I bought mine at my local DIY store.

If you do not an air compressor, I would open all the low point drains and faucets, and remove as much water as possible.

As long as you have room for potential expansion you'll be fine, with a short dip below freezing.
