Welcome to the Forum from Western New York State!
If your pump is obscured by drawers, you'll have to remove them. The drawer slides have a release on each side to facilitate removal. Then it's just a matter of being a contortionist to get to it. To make the winterizing process go quicker, you can drain the water heater, pull the low point drains, and as an option, blow the lines out with compressed air.
Next would be to bypass the water heater with the valves on the back of it. Get about 4 or 4 gallons on RV antifreeze, turn the winterizing valve(s), and let the pump draw it into the plumbing. Turn on the faucet farthest away from the pump, both hot and cold, and repeat with all other faucets, shower, and outside shower.
Be sure all the tanks underneath are empty, and empty the trailer of anything that'll freeze, or become a home for critters should they get inside.
Lastly, pull the battery, put it on a maintainer (or tender), and cover the trailer, or put it inside a barn if those are your choice.
if you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. We don't want your rig damaged from winter temperatures.
