winterizing my 21' Jay Flight SLX trailer

I live in the Piedmont of North Carolina where it often dips down into the 30's and 20' on winter (and some fall) nights and occasionally into the teens. We rent out our trailer sometimes to help pay the bills, and I'm trying to decide whether it's worth the effort to keep it running during the winter.

Can anyone tell me what extra steps I'd need to take if we were to keep it running in the winter, compared to winterizing and letting it rest till Spring? We've got a cold snap coming up end of the week, going down to 24 degrees on one night. Someone has asked to rent it during that weekend.

Also, how do we need to prepare the refrigerator?

thanks for any insight or advice,

Jon Sundell
