Wooden Ramp for Dual Axle Trailer

Good Evening In the past I had a single axle trailer. I made a wooden ramp to level it. Can I use the same type of ramp for a dual axle trailer. See attached diagram Mike Dickinson

The 2 axles should be kept flat at the same elevation, not as would be in you diagram with an inclined ramp and no flat surface.

Normally you lay down elevations of flat wood with angle cuts on the edge at the tire approach, or use purchased plastic blocking.

You do not mention what your new dual axle trailer is. I would not use that design. I use stacks of pressure treat for my current ramp. It's fairly long ramp. I'll try to take a picture tomorrow.

I like my stack of plastic blocks (Legos). Light weight, easy to use. Wood pieces would be cheaper tho.

We use 2 x 10 inch treated boards in various lengths. Much more versatile and easier to store.

Well We decided to go with the yellow Lego type blocks from Amazon. Ordered Saturday 9/18/21 Arrived today. I tried to level the trailer. I put 5" of wood boards down and am still off by 1". I will have to find a parking spot.
