No matter what RV company they all go through some kind of sickness (poorly regulated)
The best thing is to watch video's or explain your issue in this forum. Being a DIYer saves money and frustration. RV dealers can have long wait times.
Furnaces are simple to repair but e.g. without an outside access door, most of the time the furnace has to be removed for bench testing. I work seasonal in this industry and have a lot of background knowledge. Many other RVers on this forum have also experience, because in general we all experience similar problems. RVing is fun and keep your hopes up!
