Angry X17z, 2019 jay feather lemon

I purchased a 2019 x17z pull trailer in 2019. I have had nothing but trouble with it. The refrigerator has been replaced and the heater has never worked properly. The dealership has not been very supportive and Jayco has never returned my calls about my issues. I would appreciate any help in going forward. Thanks, camp lady

No matter what RV company they all go through some kind of sickness (poorly regulated)
The best thing is to watch video's or explain your issue in this forum. Being a DIYer saves money and frustration. RV dealers can have long wait times.
Furnaces are simple to repair but e.g. without an outside access door, most of the time the furnace has to be removed for bench testing. I work seasonal in this industry and have a lot of background knowledge. Many other RVers on this forum have also experience, because in general we all experience similar problems. RVing is fun and keep your hopes up!

This heater has not worked since I purchased the trailer. I have had a mobil tech pull the heater and it has been on bench working. Put the heater back into trailer, same issue. There has to be an issue with wiring, gas orfus, or ?????

The warranty is actually covered by whoever made the furnace, JAYCO actually spells that out in the warranty declaration.

"Aside from the components covered directly by suppliers'

If it worked out of the trailer, why didn't the mobile tech follow-up after he put it back into the trailer? That would be the only way to pinpoint the problem.

The Mobil tech had an emergency medical issue. He did not have time to check out once it was reinstalled. He is currently in recovery from brain surgery. I am taking it back to dealer. I’m asking for a new heater
