Yikes fridge trouble HELP

Getting ready to head out for a weekend in mystic ct on Friday, turned on the fridge started some lite packing. Just went to to the camper and the freezer is getting cold but not the fridge. It is a 2011 jayco 28bhs have it plugged in and running on auto set at the highest level now, was one notCh lower when first turned on....any thoughts?
I can handle most other issues, but must admit I'm at a loss when it comes to the fridge!

I would appreciate any pearls of wisdom... Just a weekend this week but in two weeks we are headed to the jersey shore and pretty sure the wife will not be to thrilled with out a fridge....

How long has it been on? It takes a while for the fridge to get cold, usually overnight, especially if it's been hot inside the camper.

It has been hot and has not been on for about a month, so I am not panicking till tomorrow Perhaps your right. Though the freezer is ice cold already........me thinks I have a problem.....

Our 2004 Norcold gets cold enough to store milk (about 45 degrees) in about 3 hrs, with temp set on 7 out of 9 (coldest), and running on propane. If running on electric, takes about 4 hours to get to same temp. Don't know what model you have, but some take longer than others, and Grumpy may be right - could take overnight. Give it some time, as I doubt if the freezer would work if something else was wrong.

My Norcold freeze gets cold well before the lower fridge compartment. Give it a few more hours.

Same with my Norcold. The freezer gets real cold and then the fridge follows a few hours later. At first I thought my wasn't working either. I just decided to be patient and wait and a few hour went by I checked and the fridge was cold.

Okay..thank you all for talking me off the ledge. I switched it over to propane and this morni g the fridge was cold. Switched to electric this afternoon, and the whole thing seems to be working as usual. Guess i kind of worry as this is one expenditure my wife was less willing to undertake. She sure does enjoy it, bit if it needed money spent on it, it sure would have been an "uncomfortable" weekend.
