1207 2006 roof lifetime warranty

Hi there...

I own a 2006 (bought it new at that time) and I have all the difficulties to reach JAYCO service.....

Tried through a dealer, but that third one does not understant or do the effort to explain welle the problem..

My 1207 came at the time with a lifetime warranty on the roof against manufacturing defect, thy agreed to change it in 2011, but again it collapsed. Plywood joints broke on the long side and got the whole roof to twist and brake.

Now Jayco mention that only if installed at factory it is covered, but warranty papers indicate that repairs shall be done by factory or approuved dealer, which was done.

Any experience to share with similar problem ?
