1985 jayco 14 jay cardinal pop up

Ok i am considering this pop up for my hunting trips in mild to cold weather.
It is priced right and canvas looks decent. anyone have a manual or know where I can find one?
anyone have one still in service what is your opinion?
how does it handle highway speeds 70 mph on the smaller tires?
