1993 jayco 1206 pulley problem

I bought a 1993 jayco 1206 pop up. The front left pulley needs to be replaced. The pulley is a double pulley for two cables. Can I use a single pulley to pull both cables or do I need to use a double?? If I have to use a double cable pulley where can I fine one. I have looked on the internet and can't seem to find one.
