1997 Jayco 12 udk busted lift cables

Hi guys, new to the page here. So I bought a pop up for next to nothing with a busted lift cable and I'm curious where I should start on repairs. I've got a couple friends and I assume we should be able to handle it but I'm not sure where to get parts or even know if I'm getting the correct parts. Any information or websites would be much appreciated. Thanks

Thanks. Am I right to assume the jayco cables are all the same? Size, diameter and such.

You may have to call them and tell them what you need, they will figure it out.

You know, I am always surprised how many posting here are for Jayco's that were sold with busted lift mechanisms. Does no one remember that the lift has a lifetime warranty from Jayco? This is only to the original owner however. Can you still get the previous owner, if the original owner, to get it fixed under warranty?
