2008 Jayco 1007 Series Water Leak Damage and Mold

So I had to leave my camper at a body shot to get some work. He kept it there for 2 months. We had a over 10" of rain during this time.
So I just opened it up to winterize. I notice the back bed was wet and mold on the mattress pad. It looks like water came down the AC unit and cord area coming out of the AC? Not sure.
I also noticed some mold on the front roof area.
We also have mold on the canvas.

I don't know how the guy stored it if he opened and didn't close it right?
Not sure how I could go back on him to blame him for it?
I called my insurance to file a claim.
Very frustrated with his quality of work. Not sure if I can go back to him and ask if his insurance would cover it? What grounds do I have?

Do you think the mold can be cleaned up properly and not come back? I think the mattress pads are toast.
Where do you find new pads?

recently opened mine and found dinete booth cushions wet. Took cover off air conditioner inside and found 4 bolts loose and gasket not compressed. I tightened the 4 bolts equally to compress the gasket about 50% and have had no more leaks,Mine only required drying the cushions and wood under seats I had no mold except what was on the inside of the canvas when I purchased it. I bought some RV mold remover at Walmart and followed directions and was able to clean it all up and it has not returned. Hope this helps.

I had good success withe the Bass Pro brand of mold and mildew cleaner. You might have to reapply water sealer, but that is recommended anyway.
