2008 Jayco Popup A/C issues

Hello,

Iíve ran into an issue with my AC unit. It was running fine for about 4 hours blowing cold air and working perfectly until it randomly shut off. The next day I went out and toggled the switch to AC ON and once again it ran fine but for about 20 mins this time and the shut off. I have already checked for continuity on the AC overload switch and it came back fine. I have cleaned any debris away from the unit as well. The fan runs fine but the issue is that the AC wonít stay running for more than 15-20 mins. If anyone has any potential tips or thought on the issue I would appreciate it!

AC model #: 521305.401E Dometic

Possibly freezing up? I donít know about that unit in particular but at least newer ones have a sensor if it freezes up.

... haven't called them lately, but Dometic used to have decent tech support.

I would check and make sure the coils are clean and monitor the voltage as if the voltage is low, the compressor could be getting too hot and shutting down the A/C. ~CA
