2018 12sc bunk end problem

So just bought a brand new jayco 12sc today. Pulled it home, set it up to do a shakedown in the driveway with shore power and backup incase something went wrong. And boy did it ever. Everything seemed to check out great. Heater about drove me out, all the electronics seem to work well ( can't find how to turn the outside speaker off but that's another thread lol). Big problem came when we got into the front king size bunk. Big thunk! Upon investigation it seems the top bracket where the top support goes in for the bunk end had broken. One of the screws had sheared completely off! Ok that sucks, but let's just sleep in the other bunk and call the dealer in the morning. Got in. Thunk! Same thing only the bracket had pulled completely out where it was screwed in. The screws seem to be tiny aluminum screws that CANNOT POSSIBLY be rated for any serious weight. Me and the wife weigh maybe 300 pounds together, soaking wet, holding sandbags. Has anyone else had this problem?

Take it to the dealer and have it addressed under warranty before it's too late.

Already done. They wanted to put the same crappy aluminum screws right back in. Uh nope!
