Awning problems

Hi everyone ,

Anyone know where i can get a new front arm replacement for me awning ..The arm literally broke off in the wind.

do you have the manual bag awning from Dometic?

No manual but it is Dometic

ok. I had the same thing happen and I just ended up replacing the whole awning because my fabric got ripped as well. this is the one that I have. I thought maybe you had the same bag type awning.

My awning support arms actually started bowing while under warranty.I figure Dometic tried to use same assembly on the large awning as well as the short one.Every time we opened the large awning the gas powered strut would pound against it when opening.Short arm actually started bowing after about a year.Used a 24" level to show the bow! Thanks
