First thing you need to do is determin what brand of awning it is. Somewhere on the awning there should be a tag/label that will indicate brand and model number. Then I would begin a search for awning parts and see if a pole kit part number was available. once you have a part number, Ebay and Amazon.com can save you some serious bucks. But don't disregard RV dealers, you don't know how competitive their prices are until you ask. Doing your homework is the key point here.
Once you have your best price for replacement poles, then price an entire awning set. A whole new awning might very well be cheaper than the replacement parts. As a former RV dealer parts guy, I have seen that type of situation more than a few times.
