I bought one last year and have done a number of repairs/upgrades to it.
It is a great popup. Lots of room and comfortable.
Let me know what you are going to do and I will let you know if I can provide some assistance.

Hey thanks for the reply Redwing. I'm new to the site and trying to figure out how to post pics. So far I have been cleaning , lubing, tighting things up. I'm pulling it with my 2006 Jeep Commander Limited 4x4 5.7Hemi. Looking at the proportional brakes, and air bags. I'll keep trying to figure out how to send pics.

Good to hear back. Check the lift system while you are about it. Also check the front left and rear left corners where the lift system cable pulleys are bolted thru the floor. Make sure there is no 'dry rot' in the flooring that will allow the bolts to pull out. The front left on mine was rotted out and I had to repair it. Check the flooring for soft spots. They are easy to feel by pressing down on the floor. Especially check areas where there might have been some water leaking. Also I found the faucet in mine had split under the sink. That is an easy replacement. You might want to caulk all the seams on the outside as a preventive measure aginst leaks.

Chitoschris,
Here is a link to a thread which might give you some good info.
https://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/f...4hw-73807.html
Matteo has a 14HW popup. The 14HW has the same floor plan as the 14F without the front deck. Matteo has done extensive renovation to his.
Also, subscribe to the Jayco popup thread. You will receive notices of posts for popups. You can find a lot of useful information in these posts.
