Battery question

Hello!
My 2017 Jayco SD10 has a battery. I can’t find anything in the manual what it powers and how to use the battery.
Can anyone advise or point me in the direction of the information I need?
Many Thanks!!
Ed

It powers the light(s) and depending on your options, it may power the refrigerator, furnace, electric brakes, awning and perhaps some other 12v items.

It looks like brakes, water pump, furnace and refrigerator all use 12 volts.

If you are plugged in they will all run off AC converted to 12 volts.

The brakes have an emergency switch connected to a wire rope that you connect to the car. If the hitch ball and chains fail the wire rope connected to the car pulls the switch and the brakes lock in place to stop a runaway trailer.

You may also have an LP and Carbon Monoxide detector that runs on 12 volts.

If you are camping somewhere without power your battery will last maybe one night if you run the furnace a lot.
