Bed Replacing 2011 sport 10

I apparently like impossible tasks, I have taken on the project to redo the basics on a 2011 Jayco Sport 10. Unfortunately I got more than I originally bargained for.
I need help figuring out what pieces and parts I need to completely replace the beds. I do have two white poles ( with a hook end) that i believe are the shepard poles but that is it. I know there are the two rails attached for the double bed but I forgot to see if the queen size side has them still in. So I will need specs for the wood sizes and parts to grab.
Also I have to figure out what door parts i need. there is the one main outside half door that keeps the camper sealed when down but I have nothing else when I put the camper up.
