Bed size

I just bought a 1991 Jayco Cardinal SD. I need to know what size sheets for the beds.

Welcome to the JOF and congratulations on the Cardinal.

There maybe someone on the site that can help you (sorry, it isn't me), but you may need to keep a tape measure handy as a plan 'B'.

I have a 2015 jayseries sport hardside. The beds are "long full" (my description) Too long for full sheets, and too narrow for queen. I use queen sized t-shirt or jersey sheets, since they are stretchy and works great. I use queen blankets and comforter to avoid cover wars with my spouse.

We have a different view. Don't bother "making" beds. It's camping. We throw down an unzipped sleeping bag out flat. Then throw a couple of comforters and some pillows. Same as above, avoids "cover wars". :P

I have a 92 Cardinal SD and just happen to still have the 1992 brochure.

The rear bed is 84" x 80"

The front bed is 48" x 80"

The dinette is showing 40 " x 72"

I am not sure if sheets really come in those sizes or if my grandmother made sheets for the beds. We didn't use them for sleeping, but just to cover the cushions to help keep em clean. We usually put our sleeping bags on top of the sheet.

Hope that helps.

I can scan the spec pages from the brochure if you are interested.
