Broken Baja 12E door frame - need part help

I've had my 12E for about 3 years and the bottom bar of the door frame is broken.
It has tabs that go into the side and one has broken off. The door now only closes
if you hold the side while shutting it. Not the end of the world but a pain in the butt.

I'm a little frustrated with my dealer and Jayco.
First the dealership just plain out seems to not care.
They referred me to 3 outside sources for help. They didn't know the part name
or number and told me if I can't get help from the outside sources I can call them
back and they'll see what they can do.

I e-mailed Jayco and haven't gotten a response yet. I called them and was told my
e-mail was forwarded to someone and I would be hearing from them at some time.
The phone person seemed to have no idea how long it would take to get any help.

I'm disappointed with the customer service on all levels. I was made to feel I was
bothering everyone I contacted. I'm sure in the life of this trailer I will need help
more then once. I'm not a real DIY kind of guy and that's why I bought a NEW
trailer. I doubt I'd buy another Jayco at this point or refer a friend.

Sorry to vent in my first post.
Is there a place to find the part name or number that I'm looking for?
Is there a way to get these parts without all the frustration?
