Broken lift posts

Hey all! First official post looking for help and insight. Just bought a 2000 Qwest 8U to fit our growing family into. Got it for a deal, but is in need of some TLC. I am no stranger to repairs or mods, but tent trailers are still mostly alien to me. So to start off, it cranks up just fine, but the road-side lift support poles extend, but sometimes separate or pull out altogether, leaving the door-side poles to mostly support the weight of the canopy. Please help!

Thanks for the quick response!! I was definitely looking through popup parts, was hoping to avoid replacement for now and just repair so we can work on the rest of the trailer through the winter.
Also, that being said, where are those stated adjusters for adjusting height?

My guess would be underneath. Last time I worked on a pup was 1976. Not real familiar with any of the newer units.
