Bunk Light/Fan

Hi, I am interested in getting a combo unit like one shown here:

My dumb question of the day is, are all of the connectors similar to this phono-style plug? I have a 2004 Qwest and there are sockets above the bunks for these, but I can't seem to see anything in the owners manual that shows how they would connect, etc. Can anyone enlighten me?

These plugs just push straight in to the hole provided. (Usually in a light closest to the bunk). The fan combo itself has a clip that attaches to the pole (tensioner) that goes the distance of the canvas (over your head). They are nice to have.
