Converter is buzzing when plugged in even on off!!

Bought my 1994 jayco 1006 Jay series last year and plugged it in and noticed a buzzing noise. Didn't think much about it as everything worked! Pulled it out this year and buzzing still there but now interior lights will not work but everything else does can't figure out why? Also when I hit the white breaker in on it pops right off not sure how it works I guess. It's a Carson manufacturing company Inc model CP-10FK-2. Any help would be appreciated thank you in advance

I've been involved with electrical and electronics my whole life and this sounds like your transformer is the problem. An easy but not so quick fix is to lay the unit on a flat surface and put masking tape on all but one side of the power transformer and pour the transformer unit full of shellac. Allow the shellac time to fully dry and it will keep the wire winding in the transformer from moving which causes the noise. This is a old ham radio fix for transformers.
