I have a 2000 Jayco pop up. I have power to the outlets inside and out but cant seem to get the lights on even after changing bulbs.

Did you check the auto turn off switch on the ceiling for when the roof goes down? Sometimes they go bad. If not then possibly the battery or in line fuse might be blown.

Also the converter should have it's own breaker which will need to be on for 12V conversion without a battery.

Your ceiling lights are run from 12VDC either being provided by the converter or the battery. Some of the older converters requires a charged up battery to be connected before the converter will output 12VDC.

I found the hard way the lights won't work if the battery is disconnected.
