Angry Cool Cat Heater space requirements in an A-Frame ARE YOU SERIOUS???!

So I was trying to find the information to register my Cool Cat Heater and dug under the seat to find the Serial Numbers....

When we got our TT we were very disappointed in the Storage space. The amount of space under our dinette seats can be divided into 3...

Under one seat is Storage Space (1/3), under the seat opposite was what I thought was the Water pump and plumbing.... (1/3) and the Cool Cat Heater was (1/3) then I opened up my bench seat and found this.....

It turns out,
1/3 (on the left) is storage space
1/6 (on the right) is Plumbing and water pump
1/6 (on the right near the back) is my cool cat heater / air conditioner
1/3 (lets be generous 1/4) is absolutely wasted space.....

Seriously does the cool cat actually Need all that space? (the tubing has nothing under it it just free hangs) and by my figuring if it had been an air duct for ventilation it would have used maybe half of that space.

I'm curious about what others might think about space usage here?

What are your thoughts on using half that space to create additional storage?
