Couch converts to bed??

So in the past we have always just used the beds on the ends of the pop up and the drop down table for our family for sleeping arrangements. Well this September I will be pulling the camper up to Baraga county (Mi.) to do our yearly goose hunt. The guy we have always stayed with up there sold his cabin. Needless to say there will be 5 guys sleeping in my pop up. I know there is a way to convert the couch into a bed but it kind of has me scratching my head. When I remove the cushion there is a piece of plywood on tracks that slide out to create a bed. On one end (the wrap around portion of the couch). There is a wood support to hold the plywood up. On the other end it's just floating in space. There has got to be something I am missing here. What supports the floating end? I can make up a support for it but is there someway of doing it already that I am missing?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I am not familiar with your pop-up, however when you pull out the plywood, is there a leg under the plywood that drops down? Or maybe a cabinet door that you open to support the end that is floating in space?
