Doah!

I accidently tried to lower my pop up with the door still in place. Twice! Could I have done damage? I was trying to beat an oncoming rainstorm. Anyone else experience this?

Been there, done that... !

In my case, there was no damage, and nobody saw me do it, so it never happened :-)

Seriously, you may want to inspect the door and make sure it's not distorted, and verify that it still fits correctly, the next time you open up.
