Door frame pins

Hey all. Took my 1990 Thush on our maiden voyage this weekend. It did pretty well, however when I was setting up one of the alignment pins that fasten the upper frame to the lower wall broke. I seem to remember seeing a post her about someone finding aluminum replacements. Of course now I can't find the thread. Did I imagine it? Anyone know where I can get replacements (aluminum or otherwise?)

Hi, I'm looking for frame pins for a 2001 eagle 14so pop up. Can you link the Amazon.com item? I can't find it...

Door Frame Pins

I have the same problem with our Jayco Eagle 10 SD RD. The one door pin is chewed up, the other is broken. The bottom half of the door works fine, the top half is falling apart. I even contacted Jayco, all they did was refer me to Camping World, which never called back after they told me they would try to order a new door for me. You'd think that with so many people having this kind of problem there would be a hundred places on the internet to buy parts or even a new door....but not so.

If anyone solves this problem or find a source of a rebuilt kit, etc.....I'd be forever grateful!!

thanks,
Bob

bmorgan, not sure where you are located but Lonestar RV in Houston was awesome. They are a Jayco dealer so they carry lots of parts etc on site. Also, I've not been impressed at all with Camping World. I'll drive 40 minutes into Houston rather than 5 minutes to Camping World.

Thanks kfmac, I'm in Oregon, but maybe I'll look them up online and see what they can do.

Just FYI to others here (and thanks for the input) Jayco sent me the name of an RV dealer about an hour from me. I called them....they were GREAT, they had the pins in stock and they shipped them the same day, I had them the next day. My door pins are repaired. Camping World never has returned my call, I agree with kfmac, I'll drive the extra miles.
