Electrical outlets

I have a 2008 806 camper. What electrical features work with only the battery? Do outlets inside and out only work when hooked to land line? Newbie.

Not familiar with your RV but generally-

Any 12V loads should work from your battery such as roof vent fans, lights, fridge on propane (as 12v runs the control for the fridge) and furnace.
Any household 110v outlets and appliances (microwave?) A/C need shore power and your camper needs to be plugged in for them to work.

Typically, the outlets that look like the ones in your hose are 120v AC. The 12v DC outlets, if you have any, are round and they look like ones you have in your car, or are a smaller diameter (1/4") and look like a headphone jack.

Most, probably all, of your 12v fixtures are hard wired (not plugged in).

When on battery, only the 12V side will work. Primarily this will be your lights, CO/gas detector, furnace, power lift if you have that option, water pump, 12V AUX ports. Frig if you have a 2 way or the 3 way option, roof vent fan.

120V AC power, only works when you have shore power. Items you might have, would be AC unit, outlets inside and outside the PU, battery charger. I think that might be all you have on your PU.

Have fun with your new PU
