ELX 30 Power Inverter Replacement

I have a 2008 Jacyo Popup 1006. I think the ELX 30 power inverter (or converter, or power centre, whatever we want to call it) is on its way to failing. I get random alarms from it and the fan doesn't seem to work anymore and I think it's just time to bid it farewell.

I found this Intelli-Power unit which seems like it would work:

and then there's the WFCO 8735 which I think would also work?

Anyone have any recommendations? I won't be doing the installation myself and will leave it up to a professional.
