Exterior Light - Jayco Sport 10FD

Just picked up a used 2012 Jayco Sport 10FD and really looking forward to taking the family camping.

We hooked up to the house power and were verifying everything is working and found that the exterior amber colored light by the front door will not work. I replaced the bulb with a verified working bulb and I am rocking the rubber covered switch back and forth and no luck.

I have tried the light with shore power and battery power. Interior lights work fine.

Is there any trick to getting this light to work? Manual does not mention anything specific about it and I verified the fuses on the converter are all good.

I have the same trailer... Well one year less... No tricks. The switch on the inside of the rubber should go on and off with ease. Not sure what it could be other than wiring to the unit as you checked the bulb
