We love our 1206 Pup....it's just the right size for the 2 of us. I can have it up in about 20 minutes from the time I pull into the site and about the same time to take it down. Pulls fantastic behind my Ram 1500 with the Hemi and still get about 14.2 mpg doing 62-65. We actually lived in for about 4 months while we renovated our home last fall (Labor Day through Dec)..............that was slightly cramped feeling after awhile what with all we had to have in there with us (TV on the back end of the table, wife's wardrobe for court she's a lawyer and cooking gear, etc., etc.), but it was doable.

When the daughter and grandkids (3) go with us they prefer to tent camp so it still works out great.......

I'm not into pop-ups.

But, if you'll let a hard-sided TT enthusiast play...

I would keep the front 2/3 of the 19RD we just bought: Front queen bed, kitchen and bath in the middle.

I would rip out the dinette & J-couch and:
- Move the door to 6' from the rear bumper
- Extend the kitchen cabinets and countertop to cover where the door was
- Use a folding table and 6 chairs that can be set up in the back 1/3 or moved outside.

A really far-fetched ideal is to have 100% of the water inside the heated space. But that REALLY eats into living/storage space.
