Hooks in ceiling to hang storage bags

Hello All! New to forum here. Just bought a '17 Jay Sport 12SC. In the midst of organizing and personalizing it before our first trip. I noticed that some of these models have hooks pre-installed on the ceiling to hang those fabric storage bags, or I've seen other ideas on pinterest like hanging wiring shelving and stuff from these hooks. I'd like to do this but ours did not come with those hooks on the ceiling. Not sure if this was an "option" when new or is this something you can do yourself? Has anyone installed these? If so, where do you purchase them? I attached a couple pics of the hooks in the ceiling with the storage bag and another with a diy wire shelf system I thought looked convenient.
Thanks!

Key thing is to find the right structure to attach to. Those close bags can get filled with a lot of weight, so it is important to tie into good structure.

Personally I would reach out to Jayco customer service with your vin number and ask for the roof drawing schematic.

There was an optional hanging shelf/wardrobe according to the specs. So the ceiling may have the necessary blocking. As Jagiven said contact CS.

Let me know if they get back with you. I just picked up a '17 10SD and have the hooks in the ceiling as well. I'd love some "official" Jayco baskets.

on a related topic, anyone know how much weight the preinstalled hooks can hold? We also recently purchased a 2017 Jayco sport 12sc that has the factory installed hooks. Just for reference (that may also be helpful for the original poster), there are 6 ceiling hooks over the jackknife sofa, 2 rows of three that are about 18 in apart lengthwise. Our unit did not come with the optional wardrobe, so I was thinking of putting a steel rod across three of the hooks and hanging a store bought hanging organizer.

thanks in advance for any information.

Hanging any weight from the ceiling of an RV would make me very nervous about the layering in the roof. RVs are not the most solid build as it is and now you add weight pulling down on the ceiling and the structure between the ceiling and roof. Leaks, and Jayco is going to say you exceeded the weight limit and you are stuck with repairs.
